-MS picture day will be tomorrow, August 25th. If you did not receive a picture day form, please come to the front office. If your parents send you with money, please take it with you to the Multipurpose Room to take your picture. 

-There will be a FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) interest meeting tomorrow, August 25th at 3:15 in the computer lab with Mrs. Bennett. If you are not able to attend the meeting but are interested in joining FBLA see Mrs. Taylor at THS or Mrs. Bennett at Scholars Academy.

-The One Act Callback List will be posted today outside Mrs. D's room and Callback Auditions will be held on Thursday at 3:30 in the auditorium.  Only students on the Callback List need to attend.

-The volleyball team is hosting a Childhood Cancer Research fundraiser. You can purchase a shirt for $20 and all proceeds will go towards the foundation. If you would like to purchase a shirt, please see Coach Fitzgerald in her classroom. 

-It’s Rivalry Week in Thomasville! This week's theme is black out! Put on your best war paint and eye black and come out to support the dogs as we go to war with our cross town rivals on Friday night. Tickets will go on sale tomorrow through Friday at the Dog Pen only. Tickets are $10 each for both students and general admission. 

-This Thursday, from 4:30-7 the THS football cheerleaders will be hosting their annual drive through pep rally in the stadium football parking lot. The cheerleaders will be painting car windows for $5 and there will be a mini concession stand. The band will come by at 5:00 for a performance. We look forward to seeing all of our bulldogs painting the town with red and gold!

-Congratulations to the varsity softball team, the middle school softball team, and the JV and Varsity volleyball teams on their wins last week. Also, congratulations to the THS football team for their win over Brooks County last Friday night. The final score was 42-34. This is the first time since 1993 that the Bulldogs have defeated a #1 ranked team. 

-Today, the MS and HS volleyball teams will play Georgia Christian at 5:00 & 6:00 at home and the softball team will play a double header against Early County at home at 4:00 & 6:00. 

-Tomorrow, the MS softball team will play at Thomas County Middle School at 4:30 and the 7th Grade football team will play at Thomas County Middle School at 5:00.
