There will be a meeting for students attending the 8th Grade Science Academy trip today in Ms. Rinehart's classroom right after school.
-High school students, if you wish to cancel an AP exam, the deadline to return the form is tomorrow at 3PM. You must turn in the form to the front office. If you choose to cancel your exam past the Friday deadline, there is a $40 penalty.
-The Annual Sadie Hawkins Dance for MS students is Saturday, November 13th from 7-9:30. Tickets will be pre-sold before school in Mrs. Rainey’s room for $7 and sold the night of the dance for $10. Food and drink donations are needed. Please drop them off in Mrs. Bennett’s Computer Lab. Make plans to join us for a fun night of games, music, dancing, and more!
-Seniors, there will be a FAFSA Information Meeting in the THS Cafeteria tonight from 5pm-6pm. Your parents need to attend the meeting with you.
-High schoolers interested in traveling the world, you need to attend the Galapagos Island trip next summer. Go see or email Mr. Peterson for more information on this once in a lifetime trip.
-High School Picture Makeup Day has been rescheduled for after Thanksgiving Break on December 1st.
-There will be a high school book club meeting tomorrow after school from 3-4 in Mrs. Strausser’s Room. Anyone is welcome to attend.
-the THS band is selling fruit to raise money for their organization. If you are interested in purchasing, please contact Mr. Swan or a band member.
-Cross Country Runners will be released at 11:30 today for their competition.
-MS Boys & Girls soccer tryouts will be held November 16 & 17th on the practice field behind the MS Cafeteria. You must have a physical on file with the nurse to participate. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Sims or Mr. Peterson.
-Girls Soccer conditioning will be every Mon., Tues., & Thurs from 3:15-4:30 at the THS Track. Please bring both tennis shoes and cleats as well as your own water.
-The GHSA State Playoffs will begin for the Bulldogs on Friday, November 12 at Veterans Memorial Stadium. Tickets will go on sale today in the THS Dog Pen.
