-Builders Club will meet today right after school in the computer lab with Mrs. Bennett. The meeting will be over at 3:30.
-There is a National Honor Society Meeting next Thursday, December 9th at 7:00 am in the Auditorium. If you are a member of the NHS, this meeting is REQUIRED! Please be on time!
-The THS Book Club will be sponsoring a book drive until Dec. 17 in connection with the Thomas County Library. Please donate gently-used books for all ages that you have around the house to Ms. Strausser in her classroom at SA. The book club is having a meeting tomorrow from 3-4 in Mrs. Strausser's classroom.
-Mrs. Knop would like to announce that a new classroom has taken the lead on donations for a child’s Christmas. Mrs. Ramsey’s 2nd period class is in the lead with $49’s in donations. Mr. Peterson’s class is in 2nd place and Coach McDougald’s class is in third place.
-HS Yearbook Senior Ads are on sale until December 6. A full page ad is $185, a half page ad is $95. You can order online at jostens.com. Contact Mrs. Strausser via email if you have any questions.

-All middle school students interested in Track and Field should attend an interest meeting on Wednesday, December 8th @ 3:15 PM in the Scholar’s Academy Multi-Purpose Room. Interested, but playing another sport? Information on how to participate in more than one middle school sport will be discussed at the meeting. That’s Wednesday December 8th @3:15PM in the Scholars Academy Multi-Purpose room.
-MS Baseball tryouts will begin next week. Each grade will have a different day of tryouts. You must have a physical on file with the school nurse to participate. Please contact Coach Kelly McDougald at MPMS Room 140 for more information or see the flier on the cafeteria door.
-If you are interested in playing on the boys or girls high school tennis team this season, please plan to attend a short meeting on Wednesday afternoon. The meeting will begin at 3:15 in Coach Stewart’s room at THS on Wednesday.
-Girls HS Soccer Conditioning will be on the practice field Monday, Tuesday and Thursday of this week from 3:30-4:30. Girls MS Soccer Practice will also be on the Practice field from 3:30-5:00.
-Today, the 8th grade basketball teams will play Thomas County Middle School at home at 4:30.
-Tonight night we will host the Semi-finals here at home against Callaway. Kick off will be at 8:00. No tickets will be sold at the schools; they will be sold only online at gofan.co for $15 each.
