We will start passing out Student of the Month Certificates for Responsibility today. We appreciate every one of you who demonstrate responsibility on a daily basis. Thank you. A special congratulations goes out to the students who stood out in this area. Middle School award recipients, please bring your certificate to Mrs. Wehner. High School students, please visit Ms. Smith to redeem your prize. Remember, every month will have a theme to strive to excel in to earn a certificate. Keep up the good work!
The Orchestra is selling Smencils and Smens (scented pencils and pens). Smencils are $1 and smens are $2. Find a member of the Orchestra before school or during lunch.
Next week is Spirit Week. Here's the plan: College Day (Monday), Anything But a Bookbag (Tuesday), Twin/Squad Day (Wednesday), 90s Throwback (Thursday). No School for students Friday!
Book Club- The THS/SA Book Club will have their next meeting this Thursday in the Bulldog Cafe at 7:15AM.
Middle School Picture retakes is October 4th.
We had to change the schedule for a few games this week because of Hurricane Ian. Both Varsity Football and Varsity Softball have moved their games to Wednesday night. Softball will play a doubleheader starting at 4:00 at Crisp County, football will start at 7:00 at Hugh Mills Stadium in Albany. The Middle School Football game originally scheduled for Wednesday has been moved to Monday, October 3rd at 5:00.
