🔒💻 Thomasville High Students Step into the World of Cybersecurity! 💻🔒
Students from Thomasville High School recently took on the role of ethical hackers in an exciting CyberRange activity led by Tyler Kinner, a Research Scientist with Georgia Tech’s GTRI! 🏫⚡
Their mission? 🚀 To hack into Georgia Tech’s George P. Burdell’s Laboratory and take control of an Internet of Things (IoT) device—just like real-world penetration testers (pentesters)! This hands-on experience introduced students to the fast-growing field of cybersecurity and gave them a glimpse into potential careers in ethical hacking and digital defense.
