Our FFA and Odyssee of The Mind organizations have started a strawberry fundraiser to raise money for our FFA club. We are selling strawberries by the flat. There are 8 quarts in a flat (each quart is in the plastic container like you would get from the store). The price for a whole flat is $25 and half a flat is $15. If you are interested in purchasing a flat, you can contact Andrew Rollins (rollinsj@tcitys.org) or Mandy Russo (russoa@tcitys.org) or reach out to one of us and we will have a student assist you with your purchase. Payment is due at the time you place the order. We can accept cash or check. If paying with a check, make the checkout to THS FFA or Thomasville High School FFA. You will have until February 28th to place your order. Strawberries will be available for pick up March 11th. Lets help these student raise money so we can provide them with the opportunity to engage in some amazing experiences!

Mrs. Knop's 7th grade Social Studies class is studying types of government in Africa - each group was given a specific type of government and had to build a structure while adhering to rules of that form of government.
Democracy - every member voted on decisions made about how to build the structure.
Autocracy - one person was chosen to be the leader and make all of the decisions.
Oligarchy - a small portion of the group made all of the decisions.
